By using Proofly, you agree to the following terms.
1. Use of the App
Proofly allows users to create and export styled proofs. You agree to use the app responsibly and not for harmful or illegal purposes.
2. User Content
You are responsible for the content you submit. You must not submit content that:
- Violates laws
- Is abusive, harmful, or misleading
- Infringes on others' rights
3. Generated Content
Proofs generated by Proofly are for personal and professional use. We do not guarantee accuracy of exported content.
4. Subscriptions
Some features may require a paid subscription.
- Payments are handled via Apple App Store / Google Play
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled
- You can manage subscriptions in your device settings
5. Limitation of Liability
Proofly is provided "as is". We are not liable for:
- Content generated by the app
- Loss of data
- Service interruptions
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if users violate these terms.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
