By using OrthoJourney, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using OrthoJourney, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

OrthoJourney helps people in orthodontic treatment document their weekly progress through guided photo check-ins, a SmileScore, before & after comparisons, timelapse videos, and exportable journey reports. OrthoJourney is intended for informational and self-tracking purposes only.

3. Not Medical Advice

OrthoJourney is a personal progress companion, not a medical device. It does not provide medical or dental diagnosis or treatment, and its SmileScore and insights are not a substitute for professional care. Always follow the guidance of your orthodontist or dentist.

4. Subscriptions (OrthoJourney+)

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings

5. User Responsibilities

• Use the app lawfully
• Provide accurate information
• Not misuse or attempt to disrupt the service

6. Limitation of Liability

OrthoJourney is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on the SmileScore or insights provided by the app.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
